Pricing
We make every effort to maintain the prices listed in our catalog and on our website, although we reserve the right to change prices without notice due to raw material and/or other price increases. Once artwork is approved by you, we are not
responsible for printing errors.
Orders
Orders received by 2:00 PM for in-stock items are shipped the same day and delivered by ground service. If overnight is needed, the overnight charges will apply. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Place your order by phone, fax, email or via our website www.jodyforster.com Shipping
We ship COD, unless your credit card is submitted at the time your order is placed with us. Returns
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Damages must be reported at once. Retain damaged cartons for carrier inspection. Claims for shortages must be
made within 5 days from receipt of merchandise. All returns must
be received 30 days from date of invoice. Return of merchandise must have an RMA number given by our Customer Service Department and returns will only be accepted with this authorization. No refunds available on elcometer. No refunds available on outdated/old contracts.
Return merchandise will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping is paid by the customer. Return merchandise must be
in resalable, unopened, intact condition or credit will not be issued. Return Check Policy-$25.00 charge
Overrun/Underruns
Due to the nature of imprinting, a 10% overrun or underrun will constitute
a complete order.
